...how it works

We provide you with the engraving brochure including the order form. The structure of the brochure will bring the customer to contact your sales staff about the engraving service.

The brochure shows four sample types to choose from. The completed order form is faxed to HEIDEMANN by the market– the fax number is shown on the order form.

The regular delivery period is 8-14 days. We deliver the ordered bell button plates with the engraved name plate directly to your market – not to the customer directly. The customer picks up the engraved bell button plate in the market. This leads to additional customer visits in your market.

Engraving examples

	Horizontal engraving on a bell plate made of brass or stainless steel with name plate
	Horizontal two-line engraving on a bell plate made of brass or stainless steel with name plate
	Horizontal engraving, directly on a bell plate made of brass or stainless steel
	Direct engraving, horizontal, on a name plate made of brass or stainless steel

The types are usually blackened – that means the types are filled with black lacquer.
Other special requests have to be indicated clearly on the engraving order form.
