Company Profile

First founded in 1983 in Willich-Schiefbahn as Elektro Heidemann GmbH.  At the beginning of the 90’s the company moved to Mönchengladbach and was renamed Heidemann Handelsges. mbH (a trading company Plc.). Since June 2004 the company’s residence is in Willich-Schiefbahn again which is in the centre between the cities Düsseldorf, Krefeld und Mönchengladbach.

From the formation of the company until 1995 only regional vendors in North Rhine- Westphalia were supplied, but from 1996 on the company was restructured and started to supply the national market. The restructuring process was finished in 1998 and is permanently optimised.

Heidemann see themselves as a speciality retailer for the categories cable protection, installation materials, chimes and accessories, wireless chimes and premium bell button plates made of brass and V4a stainless steel.

In August 2000 Heidemann was the first company to offer their clients the new engraving service for bell button plates, thus opening a new service segment for their clients and generating additional turnover for them without additional stock-keeping.

Presentation of the Products:

The ideal presentation of products such as chimes and bell button plates is particularly important for good sales figures and increases the competence of the supplier in the view of the end customer.
